Established in 2009, Complete Inventories are an independently run business offering a range of professional services to Landlords, Tenants, Letting agents and Housing Associations.  As an independent company we are able to offer our clients a bespoke service, so if you have special requirements, we will be happy to discuss your needs.  

We are centrally located just off the A30 at Camborne and pride ourselves on providing a reliable, professional and friendly service covering the mid and west Cornwall areas.

All Complete Inventories clerks are highly experienced and trained.  Our independently prepared inventory reports are of the highest quality, arranged in table format making them straightforward and easy to understand.  All our reports provide landlords and tenants with peace of mind and can help prevent disputes at the end of a tenancy.

Furthermore, in all our work we follow AIIC (the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks), APIP (the Association of Professional Inventory providers) and ARLA (the Association of Residential Lettings Agents) guidelines.
